MEMBERSHIP 12-MONTH AGREEMENT

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE EMPOWER STR MANAGERS PROGRAMME – ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

The client understands, acknowledges, and agrees to the following terms:

Holiday Rental Experts is committed to providing the participant with a positive experience. Holiday Rental Experts, through the Empower STR Managers Programme, reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate the participant’s membership, at its discretion, in any of its coaching programs without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

     

      • The participant becomes disruptive or difficult to work with;

      • The participant fails to follow the programme guidelines; or,

      • The participant impairs the participation of our instructors or other participants in our programme.

     

    1.0 Empower STR Managers Programme Annual Membership Inclusions:

       

        1. Twelve Months Empower STR Managers Programme – Coaching Masterclasses

        1. Twelve Months Empower STR Managers Programme – Masterclass follow-up Q and A Sessions

        1. Twelve Months Empower STR Managers Programme – Health, Wealth & Mindset Workshops

        1. Twelve Months Empower STR Managers Programme – Live as Rebecca Cribbin Think tanks

        1. Twelve Months Empower STR Managers Programme – Daily motivation & productivity tips & tricks

        1. Twelve Months Empower STR Managers Programme – Private STR Managers only community

        1. Twelve Months Empower STR Managers Programme – Access to STR Managers vault.

      The participant’s contribution or involvement in the programme is not mandatory, however, it is highly recommended to get the most out of the programme.

       

      2.0 Privacy & Confidentiality:

      Holiday Rental Experts respects the privacy of the participant and, in turn, requires the participant to respect the privacy of all other participants in Empower STR Managers Programme – Annual Membership (herein referred to as “Empower STR Managers Programme”).

      Holiday Rental Experts respects the participant’s confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (herein known and referred to as “Confidential Information”) and requires the participant to respect the Confidential Information of Holiday Rental Experts and all other participants in the Empower STR Managers Programme.

      The participant therefore agrees:

         

          • Not to infringe any of the Empower STR Managers Programme participants or Holiday Rental Experts’ copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property rights;

          • That any Confidential Information shared by the Empower STR Managers Programme participants or any representative of Holiday Rental Experts is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or Holiday Rental Experts;

          • Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other participants of the Empower STR Managers Programme, during sessions;

          • That all materials and information provided to the participant by Holiday Rental Experts is confidential and proprietary intellectual property and belongs solely and exclusively to Holiday Rental Experts, and may only be used by the participant as authorized by Holiday Rental Experts;

          • The reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but Holiday Rental Experts is strictly prohibited;

          • That if the participant violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of the participant’s agreements contained herein, Holiday Rental Experts and/or the other participant(s) of the Empower STR Managers Programme, will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

        While the participant is free to discuss their individual results from Holiday Rental Experts Empower STR Managers Programme and; all other programs and training, held and delivered by Holiday Rental Experts, the participant must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence. The participant further agrees that their participation is subject to Holiday Rental Experts Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

         

        3.0 Content

        The Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as advice or counselling tailored to any specific business or industry.

        All materials, procedures, policies and standards, manuals, teaching aids, and the like that have been or will be made available by Holiday Rental Experts or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this training program – Empower STR Managers Programme – only.

        The Program content is for individual use only, and may not be sold, tape-recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Holiday Rental Experts, or its designated agent.

        The information contained in the Empower STR Managers Programme material is strictly for educational purposes.

        Therefore, if the participant wishes to apply (or not apply) ideas contained in this material, the participant takes full responsibility for their actions.

        Holiday Rental Experts assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.

        Holiday Rental Experts reserves the right to change those referred to as ‘the experts’ of the Empower STR Managers Programme at Holiday Rental Exerts discretion without prior notice to the participant.

         

        4.0 Fees

        In consideration of us providing the Services to you, you agree to pay us the fees and any other charges for the Services in accordance with these terms.

        The membership fees for the Holiday Rental Experts; Empower STR Managers Programme, are charged per month.

        The monthly fee is $388 per month (exclusive of GST) and will be set as a reoccurring payment from the first month of membership and, for a total period of 12 months.

        The alternative to the monthly fee above, is an annual upfront fee. A discounted payment is paid once, in total and at the time of this contract. $3888 (exclusive of GST)

        Once the initial 12 months period has been completed, the membership and the continued monthly fee of $388 (exclusive of GST) will be continued to be paid on a confirmed month- by-month rolling contract. Should the participant and member choose to terminate their membership, post the 12 month period; they must request so in writing to Holiday Rental Experts and; give a total of 60 days notice period for this request.

        We reserve the right to on-sell or otherwise authorise a debt-collection or other authorised agency to collect any amount not paid by you.

        We reserve the right to inform credit watch monitoring services of ongoing defaults trends or payment-avoiding strategies employed where we deem it appropriate.

        Failure to make payment by the payment date may lead to suspension of use of our Services.

        All fees are exclusive of GST (as that word is defined under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (unless otherwise indicated).

        Payment of all fees must be made without set-off or counterclaim. All sums payable under this Agreement shall become due immediately upon termination of this Agreement.

         

        5.0 Rights to Use Name & Likeness

        The participant hereby consents to the use of your their, photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium, including but not limited to television, radio, digital print media and the Internet, among others, for any purpose, including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research. The participant’s consent is granted to Holiday Rental Experts and extends to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundary.

        The participant hereby waives all rights they may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any of such materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication, and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by Holiday Rental Experts for any product and/or service in connection with such use and publication. The participant also waives any right to inspect, review or approve any photograph, recording, or other written material at any time, and waives the right to approve the use and medium of publication determined by Holiday Rental Experts.

        The participant understands that Holiday Rental Experts owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording or testimonial, including any copyright and/or trademark relating to such use.

         

        6.0 Guarantee

        The Empower STR Managers Programme, hosted by Holiday Rental Experts does not provide a specific guarantee of outcome to the participant or their business. The training contained within the Empower STR Managers Programme is intended for a general audience and pursuant to section 3 of this agreement should not be construed as advice, training or counselling tailored to any specific business or industry.
